1jj5 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering with, or using the 1jj5 platform (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies or rules referenced herein. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 1jj5 ("We", "Us", "The Platform").

• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity or artificial legal person).
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either through 1jj5 or through any external responsible gaming body.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering your account.

1jj5 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending review.

Each eligible individual may register only one account on the 1jj5 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual – whether under the same or different identities, mobile numbers, or payment methods – constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are responsible for providing accurate personal information during registration and for keeping that information current. You must notify 1jj5 promptly of any changes to your registered mobile number, payment details, or other account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials (mobile number, password, and any OTP codes). You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. 1jj5 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

1jj5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct detrimental to the Platform or other users.

All financial transactions on the 1jj5 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20. Method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• Deposits are typically credited to your 1jj5 account balance within minutes of a successful transaction. 1jj5 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing times are set out in the cashier section. 1jj5 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform but cannot guarantee specific processing times.
• All funds deposited must be from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed in your account cashier.
• 1jj5 reserves the right to request verification of payment source for any transaction as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.
• Deposits made by methods that carry inherent processing fees may be subject to those fees; 1jj5 will disclose any applicable platform-side fees in the cashier interface prior to transaction confirmation.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified and previously used for deposits where technically possible. 1jj5 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending identity or payment verification.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the 1jj5 platform, including cricket (PSL, Pakistan internationals, ICC tournaments), UFC, football, and all other sporting markets offered:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation.
• Once a bet has been accepted and a bet reference number issued, it is binding on both parties. Bets cannot be cancelled by the player after acceptance except where a cash-out option is expressly available and exercised.
• 1jj5 reserves the right to void any bet where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, match manipulation, collusion, or where a clear pricing error has occurred.
• In the event of an event abandonment, postponement, or walkover, settlement rules will follow the specific sport's applicable rules as published in the 1jj5 betting rules documentation accessible within your account.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time without notice, particularly during critical moments of play or pending official confirmation of an event outcome.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market. Individual account bet limits may differ from published platform maximums and may be adjusted by 1jj5 at its discretion.

All casino games available on the 1jj5 platform – including live dealer games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, dragon tiger) and virtual/RNG games – are operated under the rules specific to each game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcome, the game provider's server logs shall be definitive.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for virtual games are theoretical long-run figures based on the game's mathematical design. Actual returns during any individual session may be significantly higher or lower than the published RTP. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing and spinning procedures conducted in real-time in licensed studios.

• Only one active welcome bonus per person. Players who create multiple accounts to obtain multiple welcome bonuses will have all accounts and bonuses voided.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1jj5 platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Use of the Platform by persons under the age of 18.
• Registration or operation of more than one account.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information.
• Use of the Platform for any money laundering, financial fraud, or criminal activity.
• Collusion with other players or with any party involved in the operation of a betting market or casino game.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform without express written authorisation from 1jj5.
• Exploitation of software errors, display errors, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.

1jj5's total aggregate liability to any individual user in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that user in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You access and use the Platform at your own risk. 1jj5 shall not be liable for losses arising from payment processing delays by third-party providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, or any banking institution.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform or these Terms, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of notice, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body selected by 1jj5. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 1jj5 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.

For regulatory and licensing matters, 1jj5 operates under applicable international gaming frameworks. Players are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
